I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were upgraded for free from a single bed small room to a double bed bigger one, which was a nice surprise. They were well equipped and conveniently close to the reception desk and kitchen. The service was top-notch with the staff always being friendly, helpful, super nice, and hospitable. The location couldn't have been better, very close to Mall 28, next to Fresco Supermarket, small restaurants, and only a 12-minute walk to the center of Baku, making it very convenient to explore the city. The dining experience offered substantial hot food with TV and music, although it could have been improved with more variety. Overall, a great value for the money.
